Notifications

When notifications do not arrive

First, check whether notifications are being silenced by Focus, Do Not Disturb, or Sleep mode.

• Open iOS Settings and confirm that notifications for ゆるまっち for SF6 are enabled.
• If Focus, Do Not Disturb, or Sleep mode is enabled, add ゆるまっち for SF6 to the apps allowed to send notifications in that mode.
• After changing the setting, open the app once and wait for the next notification timing.

The exact label may vary by iOS version. Look for settings such as allowed apps, notification permissions, or exceptions for the active Focus mode.

Matching

Waiting but not matching

Even while waiting is enabled, a new match may not happen immediately depending on conditions.

• Outside your playable hours, waiting stays enabled, but new matches are not created.
• Only players who satisfy each other's desired conditions are eligible.
• The app may suppress rematching with the same player.
• You may have missed a match notification, or the 3-minute response window may have passed.

Match notification

If you missed a match notification / more than 3 minutes passed

• The response deadline is 3 minutes.
• After the deadline passes, the match is automatically canceled.
• When you return, the app syncs the state and moves back to Home.

Decline

What happens if I decline?

• Waiting generally stays ON.
• The app may briefly pause matching to avoid an immediate rematch with the same player.

Player info

If the user code, rank, or MR is different

• User code, rank, and MR are self-reported information.
• If something feels wrong, you can report or block the player after the match.

Safety

Difference between blocking and reporting

• Block: makes future matches with that player less likely or excludes them from matching.
• Report: used by the operator for quality review.
• A single report does not automatically result in a ban.

Rights

Is this app official?

• This is an individually made fan app and is not official or authorized by Capcom.
• Street Fighter 6, a CAPCOM ID, and online subscription requirements are separate.

Account

Account deletion

• You can use the app with an anonymous account.
• You can delete your account from Options.
• After deletion, the account cannot be restored.

Billing

Is payment required?

• Core features are free.
• Ads may be shown.
• Developer support / tips are optional and do not affect how easily you find opponents.
